Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using PinUpToons, you can find his awesome work at CDO now
Scrap kit Faery Whispers by Randy’s Sin
Plugin dsb flux - Bubbles (optional)
Plugin MuRa’s Meister - Copies (optional)
Animation of choice, I used one from Love Shack (she has a lot of choose from!!)

Open a new image 600 by 250 with a white background.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the white background. Go to dsb flux - Bubbles, the settings I used were all set to 50.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Go to Effects - MuRa’s Meister - Copies
I used these following settings:
Wallpaper (perspective)
Line
Tile
Behind
Number - 20
Shift X and Y - 50
Rest are the default settings.
Change the Blend Mode to Overlay

Open Magic 3, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer placing in the upper right hand corner.

Open Fairy Flowers 1, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer placing in the right hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Using the Selection Tool draw out a rectangle about in the center of the tag. I used a color to match the tag. I then apply a gradient glow. You can add just a drop shadow if you like. This layer should be above the other layers.

Duplicate the flower and place on the left hand side above the rectangle.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Resize if needed, place more on the left hand side. Duplicate, on the bottom tube layer go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur and I used 3. Select the top tube layer and apply a drop shadow.

Open Magic 6, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the tag to your liking. Apply a drop shadow.

Next we are going to add the frame. Make a gradient out of two colors from the tag. Select the white background layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Back to Selections - Modify - Select Selection Border and set to 6. Add a new layer above the rest. Flood fill this layer with the gradient. Do this again only this time change the 6 to 8 and flood fill with white, move this layer below the gradient frame layer. Apply a drop shadow to both layers.

Add any copyrights and your name. if you are not animating save as a PNG.

Onto Animation!!

Open Animation Shop and the animation you are adding to the tag.

In PSP, leave all layers visible except for the frame layers. Copy MERGED and go to Animation Shop. Copy and paste as a new animation. Check the bling for the number of frames it contains, copy the tag so it has just as  many frames as a the bling.

Once you have done this, Select All frames in the tag, Select All frames in the bling. Make sure Propagate Paste is selected, you can find this under the Edit menu.

Making sure that you have the first frame in both selected drag the bling frame up into the tag, place to your liking. Check animation, like it? AWESOME!

Okay, back to PSP! Close off the layers except for the frame layers, copy MERGED.

Now back to Animation Shop, sorry about the dizzy feeling! LOL… paste the frame as a new animation. Check to make sure all frames are selected in the tag, now drag the frame into the tag, again this should be the first frame in the tag. Look good??? Check out the animation, like it? GREAT!! Save as a .gif.

Your FINISHED!!! YAHOO!!! LOL.

To make the avatar do the same as you done for the tag. Only open an image 150 x 150.

Thank you for trying one of my tuts, I hope it was fun and you come back for more!! I would love to see what you have created.
